RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

  • To cancel your order before we ship it to you, please notify us of the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing info@sloly.co.

REQUESTING A REFUND

  • To return an item, please send us an email at info@sloly.co within 14 days of receiving your items. We have the right to refuse returns that have been shipped without a request.
  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. 

REFUND CRITERIA

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags still on and in its original packaging.

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you within 3 business days if the refund is eligible.
  • If the refund is accepted, you will receive the money back on the card you used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to check your return and process the refund.
  • You will be refunded the value of the items you have returned, excluding delivery and return shipping costs.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive your item damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong items, please send us an email at info@sloly.co.
  • Kindly include any photos so that we can investigate the issue further.
