ONLINE ORDERS

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation if you have any requests. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, you cannot change or cancel your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We offer thoughtfully designed packaging and personalised cards.

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

We generally process orders within 3-5 business days, which is not inclusive of the shipping timeframes provided below. 
For orders to Germany and EU, we use Deutsch Post DHL. For EU orders, final delivery is completed by your country's local postal service. Delivery is dependent on the local delivery services and we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. Below are estimated delivery time frames, which excludes weekends and holidays:
Germany: 3-5 business days
Europe: 5-14 business days
Shipping within Germany is free for all orders over 30 Euros. For orders below 30 EUR, standard shipping costs are as follows:
Germany - 5 EUR
European Union - 8 EUR
For orders eligible for Envelope shipping (containing paper or smaller items), the shipping costs are as follows:
Germany - 2.5 EUR
European Union - 3.5 EUR

Which countries do you ship to?

Domestic shipping in Germany.
We ship to countries within the EU (except Cyprus, Iceland, and Malta). Currently, we do not ship to Switzerland and Norway.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally but are exploring more shipping options. Please enquire at slolystudio@gmail.com if you are interested in any items.

What are the shipping fees?

Standard shipping fees are as follows:
Germany - 5 EUR
European Union - 7.5 EUR
For orders eligible for Envelope shipping (containing paper or smaller items), the shipping fees are as follows:
Germany - 2.50 Euros
European Union - 3.50 Euros

RETURNS, EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my items?

We can refund items if they are defective, or the incorrect item has been sent. Please initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Kindly reach out to us at slolystudio@gmail.com at if you have any questions or concerns.

We accept payments by Kreditkarte, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna.

Which currencies can I pay in?

We currently only accept Euros (€).
