Shipping policy

We generally process orders within 3-5 business days, which is not inclusive of the shipping timeframes provided below. 

For orders to Germany and EU, we use Deutsch Post DHL. For EU orders, final delivery is completed by your country's local postal service. Below are estimated delivery time frames, which excludes weekends and holidays:

Germany: 3-5 business days
Europe: 5-14 business days

Delivery is dependent on the local delivery services and we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Standard shipping costs are as follows:

Germany: 4.95 EUR
Europe: 7.45 EUR

For orders eligible for Envelope shipping (containing paper or smaller items), the shipping costs are as follows:

Germany: 2.5 EUR
Europe: 3.5 EUR

Please ensure your address details are correct during check-out. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided, you'll be responsible for the reshipping cost. If your package appears to be lost, please get in touch and we'll do our best to assist. 

Your order will be mailed in a cardboard or padded envelope to ensure safe delivery. To eliminate the use of plastic from our packaging, we use bio-based materials including a PLA compostable bag and corrugated paper-padded envelopes.
